- Add bookmarkprivate and bookmarkrec site-specific metadata to adapter_archiveofourownorg

Because what's 2 more site-specific metadata entries when there's 18 to start with.

These values are True or False for stories that you have bookmarked and empty for stories you have not bookmarked.
