Does this patch replace epub fixed top/botton marging patch?
Edit: This patch is only for "full screen mode" (without footer and header), isnt it?, so it should not have any effect on epub margins when not in full screen mode.

I've just installed it and tested things out. First, the new margin patch is indeed only for fullscreen, when I switched the header and footer back on, it looked to me like it should, with huge top and bottom margins.
I use the adjustable margin patch, which still works great, but as I understand it, the old fixed margins patch works for margins and styles below this new padding. In other words, I think that you'd need to keep the old patch at zero to override any epub/kepub styling, and also apply the new patch to have even smaller top and bottom margins.
