You would be better off just using the kindleunpack plugin to extract the PDF embedded in the AZW4 file and then read the PDF in an appropriate app instead of converting it. Trying to convert the complex formatting of a fixed-layout textbook into a reflowable e-book is not going to yield a very useful result.
