I no longer trust Evernote. Last night there was some sort of sync error and it deleted all but one folder!

I found the notes in the trash but all my organization is gone.

I've been using Evernote before it had a cloud feature. I've never once had a issue till last night. I need to find alternative perhaps an offline alternative like Evernote 2 was. I never lost anything from it.
