Kobo roll the firmware out on a schedule this uses the model of ereader, the affiliate and your location. They start with a few small affiliates and expand if there are no problems. In the past, it could take a month for the update to reach Australia. They seem to be rolling them out quicker now, but, it has only been four days since the release, so they are still only doing the initial affiliates.
