2 questions about translation:
1) Is the "Settings" shown up after one taps Wallabag not included in the source strings? I've switched my language to French, Spanish, Italian and German. In all of them, the Settings remains as the English word settings.
2) I find four Chinese translation groups on transifex. Two of them -- Chinese (zh) and Chinese (Taiwan) (big5) (zh_TW.Big5) are completely empty and redundant. Could they be removed?
