If I save the book "The Good Neighbor" to disk, it is saved as "Good Neighbor, the.epub".
In output preferences, I use the template {title}, not "title sort".
Is there a way to save to disk as "The Good Neighbor.epub"

I use calibre 3.35 and Win 10.
