And that is why they weren't returned.
Note: a search for
author:Cole would return all nine books (plus any books by any other author with Cole in their name).
But you would be better to clean up the metadata for all these books. The Quality Check plugin would help with this, or just edit the metadata for each book and ensure that the Author and Author Sort fields are the same for each author.
