Hey, HenryCat, one of the folks over at Baen's Bar forum responded, here's what they said:

I have no fix dates, but imho we have to put
- Promised land between The Hard way home and On Basilisk station (about 1896?)
- With one stone between On Basilisk Station and Honor of the Queen (about 1901/1902?)
- A Ship named Francis between Honor of the Queen and Field of Dishonor (maybe parallel to Field of Dishonor, 1906) and finally
- Let's go to Prague parallel to the last three or four months of Echoes of Honor (1912/13) This book (Echoes )covers about 2 years - Caslett said something about the time to Honor in preparation of the Battle of Charon.
From the highlands is earlier. It is short after the end of Echoes of Honor.
Fanatic - parallel to Operation Buttercop (Ashes of Victory) (it starts some months before Nightfall)
The service of the Sword: Abigail was in her 1st Saganami Year during Ashes of Victory, and the Academy-Time was compressed to 3 years, iirc - so the year for the begin of her snotty-cruise has to be 1915.
Crown of Slaves is one year after The service of the sword - 1916
The Duration of the High-Ridge-Government was about three, three and a half years, iirc - it ends about 1916 late/1917 early - and War of Honor covers the last year of this period.
Shadow of Saganami an At all costs are in the same time; but the year has to be earlier - 1917? 1918?

I don't know of anything to contradict their reasoning, but they obviously pay better attention to such details than I do. (as do you, for that matter)
Hope that helps!
EDIT: More date info from another BarFly

FYI, interspersed below are specific dates from DW via Richard
Earnshaw on certain events.

DW has definitively stated Abigail Hearns graduated in 6/25/1918, and
began mid-cruise. Battle of Refuge is on 8/02/1918.
>Crown of Slaves is one year after The service of the sword - 1916
Crown of Slaves begins 6/01/1919 & Berry is crowned 10/26/1919.
>The Duration of the High-Ridge-Government was about three, three and a half

War of Honor begins 6/23/1918. HR govt lasted until mid Nov 1919,
shortly after 2nd Haven War started 11/10/1919.

Honor's Last View address is on 6/23/1920. Hexapuma transits to
Talbot Station on 7/19/1920, returns on 7/18/1920. EARC of AAC had
BoM 5 days after Hexapuma's return. Final draft/print version
modified that to at least a few weeks.

That's it, I'm not posting anything else from there unless David Weber himself weighs in (not impossible). They look like they could be settling in for a long run of it over there.
