@Pizza_Cant_Read: In many countries you are allowed to make an audio recording from radio for personal use. Perfectly legal for personal use (most likely not in China). Now you share that recording, maybe you even went to the trouble of ripping a specific song from it. All of a sudden it became a pirate copy just by sharing it. Even if nobody downloaded it yet, the intent to distribute is still clear.
