I am currently reading Murakami's latest novel "
Killing Commendatore." So far so good for me. I have never not liked any of his works, and I only say this because this book, too, hasn't seen many admirers. As always, there is much to appreciate here: meditations on music, cooking, and writing. Anybody else read this book? Any thoughts?
I have also been reading a lot of non-fiction this year, and I'm happy with whatever I've read so far. Right now I'm reading "
Sociology: Exploring the Architecture of Everyday Life" (4th Edition). Thankfully, the non-fiction I've read this year has enabled me to understand literary fiction better.
