I'll put it on a separate thread and the Wiki once I sit in front of a desktop (so probably Tuesday). Editing the tutorial using an iPad is painful exercise.

Created the thread but I need to do some minor editing. The instructions work as is, for the most part. Will tweak it on Tuesday.
