Maybe I should have waited to see if updates were on the way but I was so freaked out by my Forma's constant freezing and button craziness that I returned it. I'm in the US and fortunately I'd ordered mine from Walmart and could return it locally.
I loved almost everything else about the Forma, and this update sounds encouraging, so I've taken the plunge and ordered the 32 GB version direct from Kobo. Fingers crossed I get one with good lighting (I don't mind the stripe but the light gradient was quite noticeable on the one I had).
