So I can see it says on a line

'Cover' = none
and at the end

The cover image has an id != "cover". Renaming to work around bug in Nook Color
EPUB output written to C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Temp\calibre_00eoxa\qv 3zdo_recipe_out.epub
