Update: The plugin behaviour has been changed in v0.3.8:

* The plugin no longer automatically removes html space entities -- specifically " " and "&160;" -- from the epub or html during cleanup. My thanks to Gregg Bell.

* Added a final success dialog which will display when the plugin has finished.
