Today I ran a "check availability" on a book, and it found no updates. 2 libraries showed 0 hold time but when I tried to borrow from the first, its license for the book had expired, showing 0 of 0 copies available, offering to place a hold in case the license should be renewed.

It's not a big deal, I'm just wondering if it's the intended behavior to show immediate availability in such cases?
