plenty of people on here post positive comments you included even i do occasionally regarding the current H202. but i've noticed some of those who post negative comments on here are in my opinion sometimes treated unfairly/made to feel they are exaggerating the issue/problem or as you politely put it they are supposedly over sensitive.
personally you or the other usual pro Kobo bias suspects imo or anyone else for that matter can disagree with me highlighting/pointing out the negatives over the positives as much as you like but it will only encourage me to post them even more often.
the main thing i hope my negative comments help to achieve is to get Kobo back to where they use to be which was having very good quality control rather than the poor one they still continue to have at the moment.
sooner some of those amongst you realise we all want the same thing the better and less hostile some of these comments should/would hopefully be.
