Sync the old PW, then go to
www.amazon.com/myk select devices and pick old PW. Device action -> view content. Then select everything with select all. Then deliver and select the new PW you are copying to. Sync new PW. Done.
This is Amazon's back up and restore, just called different and works only with books from cloud.
(which in your case would cover everything).
