do you have any idea how many electrically devices that i own that work 100% perfectly? the list is endlessssss.

So, you will be getting rid of your three Kobo devices and the Kindle? There is no way they work 100% perfectly.
This is the problem with your statements. "100% satisfied", "100% perfectly". You are being far to absolute with the statements.

what's condescending about the obvious Kobo ereader lottery that factually exists?

Then tell me what was the purpose of the post? If you had just congratulated them on their purchase OK. But, you felt the need to add a meaningless extra statement that was no help to that person. Or anyone reading the thread. Overall, the post reads as condescending.

And here you are putting words in my mouth. I did not say that you called anyone an idiot.

i could easily point to some on here who's comment's (ALL) are 99.9% in the positive i don't jump on them/moan or comment on them unless they are factually wrong.

Is that a not very subtle reference to me? No, I better not say that as it would be putting words in your mouth.
But, I have no idea whether my posts are "(ALL) are 99.9% in the positive" (and either they are ALL or 99.9% Which?) My posts are intended to be directly helpful. Either asking for more information to work out what is wrong, posting an actual suggestion for how to solve a problem, or work around it. Or describing a known issue so that the poster can decide what to do. I don't tend to dwell on the negative once I understand it. There are plenty of people here that seem to love to do that (and that is not a subtle reference) and I try to leave them to it. Now and then I fail.
