So IMO, you *do* buy and enjoy inferior electronic devices, but I don't have a problem with that whatsoever, I agree that everyone has their own standards, and in this case, yours are much lower than mine. You just seem utterly blinded to that fact.

But what is so very very grating in all your comments is that you put people off buying something they are excited about, and in many cases would have been very happy with, just repeating the same complaints over and over, which can make people take it more seriously than they might feel it warrants, had they ever had the device in their own hands.
Especially as many faults are only visible *in some devices*.

Well enough of this, sometimes it is sad to see new people to the forum so ruthlessly commented AT in every thread they post in, so that they can't help but feat they will be unsatisfied with their purchase.
interesting concept you believe my standards are lower than yours i beg to differ. if you don't like the FACTUAL floors these devices have that i point out then fair enough that's your prerogative.

my intention is (NOT) to stop people buying Kobo ereaders but to let them know the obvious (CONS) and not just the pros

i suggest that some may find them helpful obviously you don't along with other die hard Kobo can't do anything wrong fanatics.

edit. the solution is simple if you want to stop my so called negative comments (i would say factual) get Kobo to sort out their quality control issues. job done.

best wishes koboy
