Maybe not, but I feel that with every item I have ever bought. Ever. From a piece of fruit to expensive tech. Will it be worth my money. Is it what I expect it to be. It's not a very healthy mindset, and it is more my issue than any company's issue.

And the world would have to be a very different place for a company to be able to stay in the market without some customers getting a less than perfect product. No one is happy to be the one who gets that item, but really, with everything you buy, it is some level of luck to how "perfect" is will be. That is a part of life, and has little to do with any one company, Kobo included.
