Mmmm...that sounds delish. I found an interesting recipe, something Hungarian, I believe, that's various ground meat and some shredded bits o'cabbage, in a patty which is subsequently fried. I'm wondering if I can use this sneaky dish to introduce Mr. H to the delights of sauteed cabbage. Cabbage is one of those things; if your mum or other family member butchered it, overcooking it to death, etc., you can develop an aversion for life, but it can be a lovely dish served correctly. I've been trying to introduce Mr. H to it, and I think this new recipe might just turn the trick. The Stealth Hidden cabbage!
