Version 1.0.59- 24 Nov 2018 VL support for tag/tag-like hierarchy "=." criterion.

As of this version, all "real" Calibre GUI VL search criteria are supported by the CalibreSpy GUI.

Not "real": 'marked:' and 'ondevice:', since they exist only in the GUI's temporary cache, and not in the actual metadata database. CalibreSpy uses the real database, and not the cache, since CalibreSpy is entirely independent of the Calibre GUI.
