Happy Thanksgiving to our US friends. I hope you enjoy your Turkey (or Spaghetti Carbonara if your a reader of Calvin Trillin.). I'll be having more ordinary mid-week fare, given that our Thanksgiving was weeks ago. But perhaps this weekend, a bit of Spaghetti Carbonara is in order.

Meanwhile, Peet's Major Dickason's Blend coffee and a small glass of fresh squeezed orange juice.
