Spell check is part of the editor.
IN THE EDITOR Edit:Preferences: Editor settings (on sidebar):Managd Spelling Dictionaries (Button, near the bottom)
Calibre include a lot of dictionaries But Calibre Support Libre Office Dictionaries (instructions are on the Manage page:Add dictionary)
