generate_cover_settings requires three values per line, the third of which is the name of a Generate Cover plugin setting.
And FFF anthologies should still apply the Generate Cover plugin setting you have for 'Default' on the FFF Generate Cover setting tab. Again, I don't have enough details to say why it doesn't work for you, so I just told you what I do. I
only want GC applied for anthologies.
