In the case of the combined developer certificates, it has undergone a few name changes, now called: MKK

That zip file includes a file: "WhereAreTheSources" - which you might want to look up to see if the developer's certificate you need is included.

The one attached to the first post is the same version as the one in NiLuJe's snapshots (but its home post has a bit more description).
