Vertical swiping the left side of the screen works correctly changing the frontlight. However, tapping the lower left of the screen does not turn the frontlight off (or on). Since I usually don't turn off the frontlight, it did not occur to me to check earlier. Just thought I would let you know. This issue may have been looked at already since the version of KOReader I'm using is from a couple of days ago.
Taps at the lower left corner already have an assigned function in the system firmware.
