Reeve, Arthur B.: The Dream Doctor (1914), v1

This book is a "fixup" of 12 Craig Kennedy short stories, converting them into an episodic novel. There is a fair amount of linking text, and the titles of the original stories appear as chapter heads, not at the beginning of each story but a page or two in, which makes splitting out the original stories more difficult.

So far as I could work out, the original stories were:

The Dream Doctor
The Sybarite
The Phantom Circuit
The Green Curse
The Elixir of Life
The Opium Joint
The Kleptomaniac
The Vampire
The Bomb Maker
The Submarine Mystery
The Ghouls
The Death House
