First, post your question in the "Workshop" or "Kindle Formats" forums. This forum is for Kindle users running custom software on Kindle hardware. (Now moved.)

Second, do not use calibre to convert a book for publication through Amazon. It is a great tool for Kindle users, but the files it produces are missing some of content required for proper publication. Use Amazon's Kindle Previewer or Kindle Create software for conversion instead.
