I don't normally read short stories but this one captured my imagination

. So now have it and will give it a go.

While doing a bit of searching to find out more about it, I discovered that for those for who a few tens of cents are too much for buying it (and it looks to me with the loss of the story's ending sentence in the book itself), it is available for online reading at tor.com https://www.tor.com/2017/11/08/this-...l-of-monsters/
