I don't know if there is any reason to (or not to) get firmware 5.10.1.2 for the Paperwhite 4, but here's the link to it.

Be sure they haven't hidden it because it causes something bad to happen to the Paperwhite 4. I'm guessing the reason it was hidden is because of the problem with 5.10.1.1 on other (pre-5.9.7) Kindles. It was probably easiest the revert back to the pre-5.10.1.1 download page (which, unfortunately, didn't have the Paperwhite 4 listed yet).
