Here is the Youtube Mac mini 2018 take-down and RAM upgrade video. Note that the torx wrenches are not standard as Apple used non-standard tox screws, so be sure to buy the correct wrenches/drivers.
It doesn't look like it will be too challenging for techie types (enthusiasts), but probably a bit too much for most non-techie types.
