If this was the "Guilt by Association" thread, then I'd be posting something like Salt and Wound....

As far as I've been able to find out, the UK don't do delivery on anything they have. And their reservation system is "erratic" (I'm not sure if it is still running) and their on-line stock checking policy is the best random number generator I've found.

Suddenly John Lewis' prices seem very good value....
