I love my kobo forma, just got it last week. This is the best ereader I have used. I have been waiting ages for kobo to finally make an ereader with buttons, it's really a must have for me, I hate having to touch the screen to turn a page.

I had a kindle voyage for the press sensor on the side, it was pretty good but had a lot of annoyances, such as wanting to connect to the internet all the time when I add to collections or at the end of an ebook to rate it. And I had to jailbreak it just to get my book covers on it when it was in sleep mode.

I had an earlier model kobo touch screen before that, but lack of buttons got to me. I am pleased their homepage, ebook covers and thumbnails has vastly improved since then. Sometimes the thumbnails wouldn't show, same with the covers. It's so smooth now and the homepage is heaps better.

I have noticed the lighting edge issue, but only from looking out for it from reading this forum, it doesn't bother me at all. I love the large screen as I use larger fonts and can fit more on each page now which is nice.

I have seen patches and such for kobo here, but for the time being I don't feel the need to add or patch anything, it's quite nice not to feel the need to mess around with it.

Very happy with this purchase, feels so nice in the hands and easy to read and navigate.
