How to reproduce this bug:

1) Ensure you are on 4.11.11911 (not sure if it happens on the shipped firmware)
2) Enable the PIN setting in Settings>Energy and Privacy Settings
3) Put the Forma to Sleep (presuming power off would also work)
4) Wake/turn on Forma, open a book, kepub or epub, and take over 1 min or so to turn the page
I am on 4.11.11911, I have enabled PIN, put the Forma to sleep. Woke it up by pushing the power button and swipe and enter the PIN, then opened a kepub and started reading.
I have let it sit for 1-2 minutes and sure enough it froze on me, buttons, taps and swipes will not turn the page. Tried it a second time and it didn't freeze on me, tried a 3rd time and it did freeze on me, 4th time it froze as well. I think I waited at least one minute before trying to change the page each of those four times so not sure why one time it didn't freeze but pretty consistent way to reproduce the problem just the same. PIN is now disabled again and I left it on the settings page for over a minute and it froze on me, with PIN disabled! Did some more reading and it seems to be fine now.

This is very different than the freezes I had with my first Forma which would be totally frozen forcing me to hold the power button for several seconds to reset it and I was not using a PIN with it. In this case with the PIN enabled a simple light touch on the power button puts it to sleep and then you can wake it up normally and continue on.
