I need a new (alarm) clock for on my bedside table. The one I have has started making a rattling noise, which is annoying. My mother has a Braun alarm clock for decades and it's still working fine. I found one I liked, an analogue one that's radio controlled. I wanted to know more about it and go to the Braun website, click until I get to the alarm clocks, find the clock, click it and I get an overlay on the page that it's a members only area and if I want to view the specs of the alarm clock I need to sign up for the newsletter and promotion mails.
That's ridiculous, very customer unfriendly. I'm going to seriously think about if I still want this clock and I'm going to mail Braun about it, too.
