I'm in AZ. We don't observe DST, so from the perspective of the rest of the world (that observes DST), we "switch" twice a year, when in fact, of course, we don't.
The nice thing for me is, I run a class every morning that has started at 6:30 a.m., my time, for the last half-year. NOW it will start at 7:30, which means I get an additional hour's sleep. (The time is dependent on something else, that's on the E. Coast.) Woo!
