Amazon UK has 103 cookbooks on sale this month, most of them for on sale for 99p. If you happen to be a epub reader, most of them are also on sale at Kobo UK (sorry, no link for them), and the few that are not can be price matched with Amazon UK.

Also, Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything is on sale for $2.99 in the US at Amazon US
