The large municipal park that is between me and work has a festival grounds. They have a festival every year around Halloween that is far too big for the grounds and it blocks up the park and makes traffic around it bad for weeks. Seriously, they block off streets through the park almost two weeks before. The festival ended Sunday. They STILL haven't picked up all their mess and reopened the park. *Ugh*

/Plus, it was very loud. I'm two miles away and thought there was a rave nextdoor on the final night. A friend who lives across the bayou said her house shook from sound checks on.
