Hmmm... given my experience with various large corporations over the years, if one division could sabotage another division with a near enough to zero chance of being held responsible ("plausible deniability" is such a lovely phrase
), I tend to the view that they would go for it. Take a look at the old IBM culture for a near pathological example.
