The stuff next door grows about three stories tall. Its trunks are about 5cm across. The stand is about a metre wide and, I'd say, 5 metres long. Similarly, in the wind they occasionally knock together with a pleasant noise, due to their hollowness. It's lovely stuff, when it's not grabbing and biting at me and refusing to enter the mulcher/shredder. We don't want rid of it at all, and it's on the neighbours' side anyway. It's nice looking out from our atrium at the vertical pattern of bamboo trunks.
