#1 is definitely an annoying problem, I haven't really done much about it. Someone mentioned using archive.org but I'm not sure how they were actually finding the specific books. I haven't really found a good, reliable, uniform source that's comparable to how Shelfari was yet.

#2 Sounds odd, but the chapters come from within the book, not from Goodreads, so I'd have to see a copy of it (via PM) probably! Is there maybe a table of contents in multiple languages within the book that might be confusing the matching (or is the book in another language entirely)?
