Never had any issue with the Oasis in this regard either. But even laying on my side, I don't hold it with buttons perfectly horizontal. The top side is still tipped up a bit more than the bottom end. And you can always tip it up a bit more than back down after it flips. Can only see a problem if you're trying to read when you yourself are upside down.
