In the rest of the world it's published by SF Gateway and is £3.99 in the UK (about $5).

ETA: Just noticed that the omnibus edition of the two books is also £3.99 .

I think this must be some kind of sale, because I see I bought this book in 2013 and paid £8.99 (for the omnibus, that is).
