I had a similar problem in that "All" on one Paperwhite show 1200 books and a second Paperwhite showed more than twice that number. When I went to the MYK page I saw all my books. I tried everything I knew and then called customer service. Eventually I was bumped up to some sort of "team" and a person with an actual name took my email address and said he'd get back in touch with me. He did and two days later it was all sorted. It had, apparently been a problem on the server end.
