Also note the Sigil file browser seems to be quite content to show content.opf as the last file in the Book Browser window. No need to know where it is in the zipped epub. As for Sigil potentially changing the fragment identifier? Not unless it is detected as an error by Sigil's F7 Well-Formed Check Epub (rather unlikely IMHO) AND you click fix automatically.
