Even if it did, epubcheck would catch the error at it's new location. And yes, I am anal enough that I add the FlightCrew and epubcheck plugins as part of my base Sigil installs.

Maybe no change to the line number in the OPF, but it ould be a change to the location of the file in the ePub as that is going to be changed.
The thing is, we want to see what's what as it is now and not how it would be when Sigil changes the ePub structure.
