Just a comment on this. Most of the function you see in the KoboTouchExtended plugin is actually from the KoboTouch plugin. That includes the collection management. If you have problems with one of them, you will have exactly the same problems with the other if they are configured the same. It is basically only what is on the last tab of the KoboTouchExtended plugin that is specific to it. The only other difference I can think of for the other functions is the KoboTouchExtended driver can get the stylesheet for the "Modify ePub" function from a location on the computer.
