So, there's no point in learning how to read right? It's all the same words. Just have your mom read everything for you. It's the EXACT SAME WORDS delivered by different means.

Not that I'm arguing for the youtube videos being equivalent to reading but I see flaws in your statement. Assuming the exact same recipe, what's to stop me from reading the recipe word for word as I mix the ingredients? It's the EXACT SAME WORDS just being delivered to your brain by different means.
Assuming the content is exactly the same, what's the difference?
