Not that I'm arguing for the youtube videos being equivalent to reading but I see flaws in your statement. Assuming the exact same recipe, what's to stop me from reading the recipe word for word as I mix the ingredients? It's the EXACT SAME WORDS just being delivered to your brain by different means.

Assuming the content is exactly the same, what's the difference?


*Keeping in mind for the slower among you that I am an advocate of reading and I find a great deal of difference between reading, watching and listening.**
